Az új munkatárs feladata az egyetemes szolgáltatás keretében kiszolgált lakossági és nem lakossági ügyfeleket érintő digitális csatorna- és szolgáltatásfejlesztési stratégia támogatása. A munkakör kiterjed a kereskedelmi, near- és non-core termékekhez és szolgáltatásokhoz, valamint az elosztói működéshez kapcsolódó digitális fejlesztések és üzemeltetési feladatok üzleti támogatására és koordinációjára.

Feladatok

• A digitális csatorna menedzsment és üzemeltetési csapat szakmai és vezetői irányítása

• A csapat erőforrásainak tervezése, hatékony kezelése és optimalizálása

• A munkatársak szakmai fejlődésének támogatása, mentorálása és rendszeres teljesítményértékelése

• A digitális stratégia kialakítása és megvalósítása, a fejlesztési és üzemeltetési célok meghatározása

• A digitális fejlesztési roadmap kialakításának felügyelete, a projektállapotok és kritikus döntések vezetői kommunikációja

• A digitális fejlesztési igények üzleti priorizálásának és teljes körű üzleti specifikálásának koordinálása, határidőre történő szállításának biztosítása

• Az ügyféloldali és szakterületi validációk megtervezése és menedzselése

• A fejlesztések minőségének, határidőinek és költségterveinek felügyelete

• Új digitális megoldások és fejlesztési lehetőségek azonosítása, bevezetésük támogatása

• Az ügyféloldali digitális csatornák zavartalan működésének biztosítása, KPI-ok meghatározása és az üzemeltetés kontrollja

• A digitális felületeket érintő hibák kezelésének, dokumentálásának és nyomon követésének irányítása, új fejlesztési igények koordinálása

• A kapcsolódó belső folyamatok és működési szabályok betartásának, illetve folyamatos optimalizálásának biztosítása

• A tagvállalatokkal kötött SLA-megállapodásokban foglalt elvárások teljesülésének biztosítása

• Az M4-es metróvonal állomásainak forgalmi üzemeltetése, az állomási utasforgalom irányítása, kirendelés esetén beavatkozó járművezetői feladatok ellátása.

• A munkavégzés 12 órás fordulószolgálatos, éves munkarendben történik.

A Te feladataid:

► A tesztjárművek megfelelő műszaki állapotának fenntartása, időszakos és rendkívüli technikai ellenőrzések támogatása / végrehajtása

► Kommunikáció a szerviz partnerekkel / a meghibásodásokkal kapcsolatos releváns információk átadása a szerviz felé

► Jármű átvétele / átadása szállítás esetén

► Prototípus tesztjárművekbe méréstechnikai eszközök beépítése (kapcsolási rajzok alapján, kommunikációs és tápellátási architektúra kiépítése)

► Prototípus tesztjárművek külső és belső mechanikai megmunkálása / átalakítása

► Egyedi alkatrészek, eszközök, tartók gyártása műszaki rajz alapján standard alapanyag készletből

► Napi szintű kapcsolattartás a mérnökökkel, és munkájuk támogatása

► Feladatok meghatározott szoftverben történő adminisztrációja

Your tasks:

► Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of technical experts on complex semiconductor-based sensors

The FMEA moderator is responsible for supporting the development projects with extensive know-how in the various product development methodologies, primarily FMEA.

Your tasks:

► Responsible for creating and adapting the standard FMEA to platform and customer projects

► Coordinating and leading of interdisciplinary teams (testing, design, quality, manufacturing, etc.)

► Updating FMEA together with the project team

► Supporting the design/FMEA team in alignment of FMEA interfaces towards the System and the Process FMEAs

► Coaching FMEA team in method usage and tools, creation of evaluation and report, support in assessment of results, presentation of results. Acting as a good owner of the FMEA product group informing/coaching the group of project managers in her/his dedicated area.

► Contacts/supports the internal customers in FMEA topics. Cooperates and supports the Project Manager and the FMEA team in an effective preparation of the external customers’/OEMs FMEA presentations

► Takes part in the FMEA pool strategic tasks, continuous improvement activities, working out and maintaining work instructions, good practices, tools, knowledge share and maturity activities.

► Adatelemzés és vizualizáció: A mérési eredmények, prototípus chip-jellemzők értelmezése, vizualizációja, valamint a hibák és anomáliák mélyreható elemzése Python programozási nyelven.

► Eredmények dokumentálása és hibakezelés: A mérési eredmények precíz dokumentálása, mérési riportok összeállítása, a talált termék és/vagy mérőrendszer hibák javítása.
