Technical Sales Manager (Beauty Care)

On behalf of our partner in Győr-Moson-Sopron county, we are seeking a Technical Sales Manager. • Develop commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients • Analyze the market and product range of our partner company’s suppliers to identify new opportunities • Create strong relationship with our suppliers and customers • Visit customers, analyze their needs, create value proposition • Attend production trials at customers / make small-scale trials in the application kitchen • Project management in close cooperation with dedicated Customer Service Manager • Align sales strategy for suppliers’ product groups under the supervision of Springboard managers and Country manager • Close collaboration with other departments • Develop and optimize recipes, concepts, and processes based on customer and internal projects • Plan, conduct, and document laboratory trials and provide technological support for internal and external requests • Support the training of colleagues on relevant equipment, processes, and technical topics.
