Lead and manage the logistics team, ensuring that daily operations are completed efficiently and on time in line with the vision, strategy, and strategic plan.
Plan and execute the optimization of logistics flows within the distribution network, ensuring the effective utilization of resources for route and load optimization across inbound logistics, outbound logistics, and intercompany transportation activities.
Manage daily logistics planning and operational activities, including the evaluation of transportation requests, delivery date feasibility assessments, and compliance with relevant regulations, global planning rules, and expectations.
Monitor shipment processes, including documentation and goods preparation activities.
Maintain active communication with logistics partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships and work closely with team members; act as the primary point of contact for employees within the scope of responsibility and support their professional development.
Elvárások
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Ideally, minimum of 3 years’ experience in people management.
Extensive experience in logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Advanced level of English, both in written and spoken.
