Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys leading diverse HR projects from concept to launch and delivering real business value? Do you bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives, and thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and broad HR expertise? If yes, we are looking for you.

As an HR Project Manager within the IBS HR Business Partnering team, you will lead and deliver key HR projects across MOL Group IBS businesses/functions, bringing together HRBP, L&D, Rewards, and EB/Recruitment expertise. You will ensure smooth execution, strong governance, and effective collaboration between involved HR teams and business stakeholders. Typical projects include complex organisational changes and transformations, initiatives that build new organisational capabilities and talent management solutions.

  • Define project concepts, goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria

  • Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of HR projects within budget, timelines, and quality expectations

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned

  • Track and report on project progress, issues, risks, and results to IBS HR management

  • Identify challenges, conflicts, and risks, and drive solutions

  • Document and close projects, sharing learnings and best practices

  • Regularly connect with IBS HR Partner teams to keep everyoneup to date on ongoing and future projects

  • Provide guidance and support on project management methodology

  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks from IBS HR leadership

  • University degree (preferably in HR or Economics)

  • Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, including relevant HR project management exposure

  • Strong project management and stakeholdermanagement skills

  • Ability to present clearly and communicate with confidence

  • Solid business understanding and HR partnering experience

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Fluent business English

  • Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
