Would you like to play a key role in overseeing and developing investigation activities across the MOL Group?

We are looking for an experienced security professional to support and oversee investigation activities across the MOL Group, with a special focus on high-priority, complex and sensitive cases, while providing professional guidance and support to local investigation teams.

  • Support, coordinate and oversee investigation activities across the MOL Group, ensuring compliance with professional, legal and quality standards

  • Operate and continuously improve group-level investigation reporting, analytics and quality assurance processes, providing insights and recommendations to Security leadership

  • Lead or support high-priority, complex and sensitive investigations, identifying risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of conflict of interest and human security related policies, processes and best practices across the MOL Group

  • Contribute to the implementation of MOL Group Security Strategy through the development and enhancement of security-related regulations, processes and governance frameworks

Elvárások

  • University or college degree

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably with a background in law, investigation, policing or private security

  • Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills

  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP R/3 HR and MS SharePoint systems is required

  • Advanced level English knowledge, native Hungarian

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams

  • Category B driving licence

  • Openness to occasional international business travel
