We are looking for a Global Mobility & Recruitment Specialist to join our team and take an active role in coordinating international recruitment and mobility activities across WHC Group.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing international workforce demands, coordinating external recruitment partners, monitoring recruitment processes, and supporting the successful employment and mobility of international workers.

  • Coordinate international workforce demands on a WHC group level, ensuring that incoming recruitment requests are handled, structured and prioritized effectively.

  • Allocate recruitment projects and workforce demands among external international recruitment partners, ensuring balanced workloads and efficient delivery.

  • Continuously monitor recruitment pipelines and statuses, track partner performance, and proactively address potential delays or bottlenecks.

  • Maintain active relationships with international recruitment agencies and partners, conduct regular professional discussions, and support the achievement of agreed deadlines and targets.

  • Identify and evaluate new international recruitment partners and make recommendations for expanding our international supplier network.

  • Coordinate month-end settlements with recruitment partners and ensure accurate and compliant administration.

  • Organize meetings, business trips, candidate-related travel and other operational activities supporting international recruitment projects.

  • Prepare and provide recruitment materials, documentation and relevant information for partners and other stakeholders.

  • Liaise with relevant authorities and official bodies to support compliant international recruitment and mobility processes.

  • Analyze the efficiency and performance of international recruitment services, prepare regular reports and evaluations, and propose improvements to processes and cooperation models.
